Registration is open to Seatrade Cruise Med 2026. The largest business-to-business event of its kind serving the Mediterranean and its adjoining seas will bring together more than 2,000 cruise professionals from over 90 countries and over 180 international exhibitors to Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Spain on 16–17 September.
Hosting the event for the first time, the Las Palmas Cruise Port will be transformed into the epicentre of the international cruise industry. Speaking at the press launch earlier this month, the President of the Port Authority of Las Palmas, Beatriz Calzada, explained that the location "is home to the largest cruise terminal in Europe, reflecting the strong momentum currently being experienced by the industry across our ports." She also noted that the Port of Las Palmas offers "uniqueness and authenticity that continues to inspire confidence among cruise lines."
Seatrade Cruise Med offers a variety of registration options to suit the needs of cruise professionals. From Conference Delegate to Expo, the event offers savings of up to €250 for registrations until Friday 19 June. Registration details are available at seatradecruiseevents.com/med.
Additionally, Seatrade Cruise Med will continue to support sustainability in the seas: each €1 collected at registration supporting its sustainability partner, 4Ocean, will be directed at removing one pound of debris from the ocean. Engaging all its partners, including other Seatrade Cruise events, 4Ocean aims to remove 50,000 pounds of debris from the ocean in 2026.
A MedCruise general assembly will kickstart this year's curated content on the first day, followed by an industry party in the evening: A Night at the Terminal, in partnership with Global Ports Holding.
A tailored keynote session on the second day will explore the State of the Mediterranean Cruise Industry with the day leading to the celebration of the best in the cruise industry with the 20th edition of the Seatrade Cruise Awards – nominations are currently open until the 31st July. Submit your entry today.
Another highlight is CLIA's presence at the show, beginning with a welcome reception on Thursday 17th September and CLIA's Ports & Destinations Dialogue on Friday 18th September, which is set to connect industry peers and explore key issues impacting ports and destinations.
FAM trips for cruise lines on the 18th and 19th September will offer trips across a selection of Gran Canaria's top destinations – exclusive to cruise lines.
Global Events Director, Seatrade Cruise, Emma Bond, has highlighted the relevance this edition will have as it also marks 30 years since the event initiated its operations. "In 2026, Seatrade Cruise Med, which runs as a biennial event, is celebrating its 30th milestone anniversary, representing a truly significant opportunity to partner with the Las Palmas Cruise Port, the Port Authority of Las Palmas as well as Global Ports Holding. Together, we look forward to delivering an unforgettable event by exceeding expectations, bringing value to our attendees and leaving a positive impact for the local community."
