Shipping agency Tribeca reported drone attacks against three tanker vessels in the Black Sea, near Turkey's north coast.
The vessel James II, sailing under the flag of Palau and in ballast, was approximately 80 kilometers north of the Türkeli area when the incident occurred, according to the entity.
The agency also reported that the vessels Altura and Velora, registered under the Sierra Leone flag and in ballast, were allegedly attacked in a nearby area while conducting a ship-to-ship (STS) transfer operation.
Coastal security units were dispatched to the scene to provide assistance, and all crew members of the tanker vessels were reported to be in good condition.
Moscow and Kyiv have frequently attacked each other's ports and commercial vessels since Russia launched its full-scale invasion of Ukraine more than four years ago. Neither country immediately claimed responsibility for the newly reported attack.
