Lisa McManus joins in a newly created position while Scott Moore and Elena Rodriguez take greater roles.

Celestyal appointed Lisa McManus as regional partner manager for the US central region and expanded the roles of Scott Moore and Elena Rodriguez, who both become director of partnerships, North America.
Moore and Elena Rodriguez will directly manage national accounts while also overseeing a team of regional partner managers. Celestyal said aligning these areas under the two senior sales leaders will help cultivate stronger strategic partnerships and provide high-level support to North American regional managers.
"These structural and staffing enhancements demonstrate our ongoing investment in the North American market and commitment to providing unparalleled support and resources to our travel partners," said Celestyal's John Diorio, managing director and VP business development for North America.
McManus joins in a new role to expand North American sales support. She's tasked with ensuring travel partners receive timely, proactive and dedicated assistance.
McManus was business development manager for the Israeli Ministry of Tourism, working closely with travel advisors, tour operators, host agencies and industry partners throughout the Midwest. Before that, she was a travel advisor. She began her career in the hotel industry, serving as a sales director and general manager before joining HelmsBriscoe as an account manager, where she specialized in hotel sourcing and meetings. McManus is based in Illinois.
Moore joined Celestyal in 2024 after spending many years in sales and development at travel companies including American Queen Voyages, Scenic Luxury Cruises & Tours and Emerald Cruises, and the The Walt Disney Co. Before his Celestyal promotion, he focused on national accounts. He is based in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Rodriguez also joined Celestyal in 2024 after more than 20 years at Princess Cruises in sales. Before her Celestyal promotion, she oversaw the field teams field teams, working with business development managers and national Accounts. She is based in Texas.
