Fonafe Appoints New Chairman of Enapu Board of Directors

Fonafe appointed Gustavo Adolfo Belaunde Gonzales as the new chairman of the Enapu board of directors through Board Agreement N° 001-2026/014-Fonafe, published on May 21, 2026, in El Peruano. Additionally, it named Jesús Yrigoin Delgado as a director of Egasa. Fonafe manages 35 state-owned companies, including eleven electricity distribution companies, five generation companies, four financial companies, six non-electrical infrastructure companies, one hydrocarbon company, and eight companies with diverse activities.
