The Secretariat of Agriculture, Livestock, and Fisheries of the Ministry of Economy of the Nation reports that 117 agro-industrial products showed record values in their export amounts in the first half of 2026, totaling USD 7,073 million, a result 58% higher than the same period in 2025 and 104% higher than in 2019, according to data processed by the Undersecretariat of Agri-food Markets and International Insertion, based on INDEC statistics.
Among the highlighted products are: sunflower oil for USD 1,329 million (+85%); boneless, frozen beef for USD 1,303 million (+44%); boneless, fresh or refrigerated beef with USD 740 million (+38%); sunflower for USD 567 million (+971%); frozen crustaceans for USD 440 million (+46%); beef and beef products for USD 238 million (+57%); pears for USD 207 million (+2%); honey for USD 178 million (+78%); frozen potato preparations for USD 171 million (+7%); frozen fish, fillets and other meats for USD 131 million (+22%); mozzarella cheese for USD 127 million (+8%); frozen fish for USD 106 million (+23%); sawn timber for USD 83 million (+33%); among the most important.
This list also includes products with small volumes and export amounts but which show growth in recent years. Such is the case for bees, coffee concentrates, dried pears and apples, chocolate confectionery, processed cheese, other pasta products, cucumber preparations, oregano, ester gums, simply processed yerba mate, fresh, refrigerated or frozen pork fat, bean preparations, raw sheep hides and skins, plums, corn grits and semolina, safflower seeds, among others.
This list shows the diversity of products that are exported and represent all regions of the country. From inputs and raw materials to products with a higher level of transformation that enhance their global insertion.
