The Puerto Quequén Management Consortium advanced with the comprehensive work to improve access to the enclosure, after completing a first stage of new lighting on Almirante Brown Avenue.
This first stage included the incorporation of 300-watt LED technology, along with the reconditioning of existing infrastructure, achieving more powerful, uniform, and efficient lighting.
The objective of the initiative is to progressively advance with the different tasks planned to improve the infrastructure and traffic conditions of a considered strategic sector, used daily by cargo transport, port workers, residents, and private vehicles.
"The new lighting represents one of the first concrete and visible results of this intervention: a renovated Almirante Brown Avenue, better lit and with greater safety conditions," said the Puerto Quequén Management Consortium.
"The continuity of the work will allow us to continue consolidating one of the fundamental corridors for Puerto Quequén and for the entire city, integrating port infrastructure, road safety, and better quality of public space," indicated the entity.
