The National Agri-Food Health and Quality Service (SENASA) has extended the deadline for agricultural producers registered in the National Sanitary Registry of Agricultural Producers (RENSPA) to update their current data until Friday, November 6.
Given the high volume of entries into the RENSPA system and the increase in demand for in-person assistance, users are also informed that all submitted applications currently awaiting approval in the Agency's offices will be resolved promptly.

Furthermore, the existing methods for updating remain available:
● Digital self-management: by accessing the RENSPA system using a Fiscal Key through the Agency for Collection and Customs Control (ARCA).
● In-person: at the local SENASA office corresponding to the jurisdiction where the productive establishment is located.
In both cases, the declared information will be subject to verification by SENASA for its definitive incorporation into the Registry.
RENSPA holders who own bovines and/or buffalo located in areas with foot-and-mouth disease vaccination are exempt from this process, provided they complete the Sworn Declaration of Other Species during the vaccination act and that the update of RENSPA data is accredited through vaccination records incorporated into the Integrated Animal Health Management System (SIGSA).
In these cases, producers will not need to carry out a new RENSPA update procedure, as the information will have been incorporated and validated during the vaccination campaign.
However, this exception does not exempt producers from declaring all species and livestock activities carried out on the establishment, nor from keeping said information permanently updated when modifications occur.

Additionally, non-traditional non-productive activities such as zoos, parks, and similar establishments continue to be exempt from the measure.
Those who wish to learn more can consult the procedure on the SENASA website, write to consultasrenspa@senasa.gob.ar, or consult the RENSPA representatives in the agency's regional centers, according to the corresponding jurisdiction.
