During the conference, Subprefecto Enrique Aramburu, along with María Florencia Muiña, from the University Institute of the Prefectura Naval Argentina, participated as a speaker in Table 4, where he presented the paper "Prefectura Naval Argentina and cultural heritage: building a comprehensive protection model."
The presentation highlighted the Institution's actions in heritage preservation and the protection of cultural assets linked to its history and trajectory, as well as the importance of approaching this task from a comprehensive perspective.
Also, within the framework of the conference, the exhibition "Drago's Footprint: Law, Diplomacy, and Ex Libris" was inaugurated, organized by the Museum of Diplomacy and the ISEN Library, and various working tables were held dedicated to the digitization and virtualization of heritage, restoration, acoustics, cataloging, and the use of new technologies applied to its conservation.
As part of the activities, the organizing institutions presented an award to María de las Nieves Arias, in recognition of her career and commitment to the care and preservation of cultural heritage.
The Prefecture's participation in these conferences reaffirms the institutional commitment to the protection, conservation, research, and dissemination of cultural heritage, further strengthening cooperation ties with other public organizations dedicated to this task.
