The meeting took place at the Guardacostas Building, the central headquarters of the national maritime authority, and was also attended by the liaison officer of the General Naval Prefecture of Paraguay to the Force, Captain Derlys Javier Manevy Flores. His presence is framed within the memorandum of understanding signed between both organizations.
It should be noted that the naval attaché will serve in our country for one year, with the mission of strengthening the historical ties of friendship and collaboration between both institutions. His task will aim to deepen bilateral coordination mechanisms, promote technical cooperation, and strengthen the exchange of information and experiences on topics of common interest.
The incorporation of the Paraguayan naval representative will allow for the continuity of current joint initiatives and promote new lines of work, based on mutual trust and a shared commitment to navigation safety, the protection of aquatic spaces, and the strengthening of institutional capacities.
