Prefectura Reinforces Security and Prevention Operations Across the Country

The Argentine Naval Prefecture increased its operational presence nationwide last week, conducting 46 interventions that led to 27 arrests, two detentions, and the seizure of drugs, illegal merchandise, and vehicles. These actions are part of ongoing efforts to enhance security and enforce regulations.

In the last week, the Prefectura Naval Argentina increased its operational presence in various parts of the national territory. The tasks, strategically coordinated by the Directorate of Operations and Citizen Protection, focused especially on urban areas, border crossings, and high-traffic locations.

As a result of the deployment, 46 interventions were carried out, leading to the apprehension of 27 individuals and the detention of two, in addition to the seizure of drugs, merchandise in violation of regulations, vehicles, and other elements related to illicit activities.

Furthermore, personnel conducted 8,696 vehicle inspections at strategic points across the country, which resulted in the seizure of nine vehicles.

These procedures are part of the permanent prevention and control tasks carried out by the Prefectura Naval Argentina to strengthen security, protect the community, and ensure compliance with current regulations throughout the national territory.
