Within the framework of the annual registration update calendar and bilateral agreements that establish the requirements for grain exports to the People's Republic of China, those wishing to export to this destination must complete their registration in the Self-Management System for Export Applications of the National Service of Agrifood Health and Quality (SENASA).
From August 24th to September 6th inclusive, exporting firms that have never registered, and those that have previously registered but need to modify data (company name and/or address) or add a product, must compulsorily register in the Registry of Importers and Exporters of the General Customs Directorate (DGA) of the Tax Collection and Customs Control Agency (ARCA). Once the stipulated period has ended, applications received after this date will remain in "Pending" status until the next call.
Interested parties must do so from the ARCA website, accessing the Exporters / Importers Registry service. Once there, by entering the Self-Management System for Export Applications, select 'load grain export application'. Then, under "Application for registration for", select "China". The type of procedure to be carried out must be precisely marked from the options provided by the System.
Additionally, it is necessary to enter the CUIT number of the exporting company and complete the contact details requested by the System. Then select the product(s) to be exported. Once the previous steps are completed, confirm Annex III and then download Annex II to send them by email as detailed below:
-Annex II. In each call, the list of possible grain suppliers (storage facilities) must be updated. In turn, this Annex must be confirmed by all grain exporters to China. It must be sent to the Directorate of Phytosanitary Strategic Information (DIEF), to the following contacts: Guadalupe Montes ( gmontes@senasa.gob.ar) and Matias Sesin ( msesin@senasa.gob.ar).
Annex II - List of possible suppliers for shipments destined for China.
Annex III. Commitment of suppliers and exporters. Sample requirements and maintenance for 120 days. Accept this commitment in the Self-Management System.
Annex V - Sworn Declaration of barley screening with the intention of exporting to the People's Republic of China. Submit to SENASA, local port of embarkation.
Annex VI - Sworn Declaration of wheat screening with the intention of exporting to the People's Republic of China. Submit to SENASA, local port of embarkation.
