ONE MEXICO PROCESS - UPDATE ON THE RELEASE REQUEST PROCESS FOR EXPORT SHIPMENTS

ONE has updated its release request process for export shipments from Mexico. From now on, all requests must be made in English and meet specific criteria prior to the vessel's departure, including payment confirmation and resolution of discrepancies. Requests made after the vessel's departure will be limited to a maximum of 5 BLs and will be processed within 2 business hours.
