ONE MEXICO PROCESS - UPDATE ON THE RELEASE REQUEST PROCESS FOR EXPORT SHIPMENTS

Dear ONE Customer,

In order to enhance the effectiveness of our automated release process, all release requests you send us must now be in ENGLISH; we remind you of the criteria you must consider prior to the vessel's departure; these will be reinforced in the coming weeks for all your shipments:

1. The customer must make payment for their shipment before the vessel's departure; this validation does not apply to customers with credit. Payment confirmation is automatic; if you do not receive it, please contact our finance department: mx.acct.receivable@one-line.com.
2. The customer must resolve any discrepancies notified after sending their Shipping Instructions, such as missing information for transmission, discrepancy in container volume, and/or port of loading and unloading.
3. The customer must always request release before the vessel's departure:
   1. From sending instructions in Shipping Instructions on ONE e-Commerce; we have the option of SWB or Originals, for the latter, enter details (original at Origin or Destination) in REMARKS.
   2. Sending confirmation by email to the Offshore team, including BL OK and release instruction in English to: mx.ofs.si@one-line.com.

Please note that certain countries, due to local authority regulations, only allow the issuance of release as originals, so we suggest you review the following list of countries where the issuance of release as a WayBill is not permitted and make your request according to this information: Nigeria, Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Haiti, Honduras, Nicaragua, and Venezuela.

IMPORTANT: Requests made after the vessel's departure must be made with a maximum of 5 BL's (bills of lading) per request through the WEB Form in ENGLISH. It is essential to have firm payment confirmation.
