TUI River Cruises expands fleet with 2 methanol-ready newbuilds by 2028
TUI River Cruises plans to expand its fleet from 6 to 10 vessels by 2028 with two newbuild river ships from Concordia Damen designed for the UK market. Each vessel will accommodate 188 guests in 94 cabins and be methanol-ready for future alternative fuels. The announcement coincided with the naming ceremony of TUI Aria in Frankfurt, the largest-capacity ship in the company's European fleet, which officially entered service.
