Kongsberg Maritime to supply deck equipment for FPSO in Asia
Kongsberg Maritime has signed a contract with an energy operator to supply advanced deck machinery for a new FPSO vessel destined for an offshore project in Asia. The comprehensive solution includes chain recovery winches, chain stoppers, rope guides, and control and automation systems, with delivery scheduled for mid-2027. IP Huse will be responsible for the mechanical design, while Kongsberg Maritime will supply the automation systems and project management.
