CentrePort Installs First 24-Meter Pile in Wellington Ferry Project
CentrePort reached a significant milestone for the Wellington Ferry Project with the placement of the first 24-meter permanent pile casing. The wharf expansion is necessary to accommodate Interislander's new, larger ferries arriving from 2029. More than 50 permanent piles are required throughout the project, with completion expected in early 2028.
