Hapag-Lloyd appoints Anders Boenaes as new COO from October 2026

The Supervisory Board of Hapag-Lloyd AG has appointed Anders Boenaes, current Senior Managing Director Network, as the new Chief Operating Officer (COO) starting October 1, 2026. Additionally, Dheeraj Bhatia's contract as Chief Terminal & Infrastructure Officer (CTIO) and CEO of Hanseatic Global Terminals has been extended until December 31, 2029.
