Ecuador and the U.S. Deploy Ships and Helicopters for Maritime Security

Ecuador and the United States are strengthening their security cooperation through joint operations against illicit activities in coastal areas. The deployment includes two warships and three Black Hawk helicopters to reinforce surveillance in strategic maritime areas such as Manta. The strengthening of maritime control aims to improve the protection of Ecuadorian trade routes and port areas.
