(10:45 a.m. EDT) — In early 2027, 13 will be the lucky number for Celebrity Reflection.
Following in the footsteps of sister ship Celebrity Solstice, the vessel is set to become the second Solstice-class ship to undergo a significant refurbishment.
The dry dock period will bring 13 new spaces to the ship specifically designed for the warm weather of the Caribbean, where Celebrity Reflection sails year round.
According to the cruise line's itineraries, Celebrity Reflection will enter dry dock in late January 2027 and is schedule to emerge in mid-March.
The list of refurbished spaces includes a reimagined Celebrity Pool Club , where two brand new-to-fleet venues — Orange Peel Bar & Grille and Tacos del Sol — are set to debut.
The former will feature smashburgers and other grilled favorites alongside frozen cocktails, as well as poolside seating. Tacos del Sol is defined by the cruise line as a casual, open-air concept centered around Mexican-inspired flavors, featuring a build-your-own taco stand with a range of options and toppings.
All in all, Celebrity Pool Club's refurbishment will result in two dedicated bars, expanded seating, plush daybeds, and added shade, plus daily activities and poolside events.
Also in the ship's top deck, the reimagined Sunset Park will offer a park-like outdoor space, featuring activities that range from meditation to lawn games, outdoor movies, and live music. The space will be outfitted with new private cabanas with private attendants. Rounding up the area, Sunset Park Café will serve casual bistro-style dining for breakfast and lunch, while the adjacent Sunset Bar will feature handcrafted cocktails throughout the day.
In the realm of entertainment, Celebrity Reflection will see the addition of the three-story, Edge class-style Grand Plaza. In this space, a new Martini Bar will feature a giant suspended chandelier with a show as well as live musical performances.
The 125-seat Boulevard Lounge — a venue that just debuted aboard Celebrity Solstice — is also scheduled to be one of the new experiences on Celebrity Reflection. The entertainment space will feature dueling pianos, interactive programming, games, karaoke and live performances. The adjacent Boulevard Bar will offer a selection of handcrafted cocktails.
The Parlor, another recently introduced venue on Celebrity Solstice, will bring classic board games, billiards and darts to Celebrity Reflection. Here, passengers can also enjoy craft cocktails, a menu of shareable bites, comfort-food classics and milkshakes.
Dining will also see a series of additions aboard Celebrity Reflection. Leading the culinary parade is Trattoria Rossa, another venue that debuted aboard Celebrity Solstice. The intimate Italian restaurant specializes in Roman cuisine, including classic meat dishes and pastas made in-house as well as entrees prepared tableside, Italian-inspired cocktails and robust wine selections.
The Edge-class favorite Fine Cut Steakhouse is also set to make its debut aboard Celebrity Reflection. The ship will also see the addition of Bora, Celebrity Cruises' Mediterranean-inspired rooftop concept that was first introduced on Celebrity Xcel in 2025.
The Retreat, Celebrity Reflection's suite class, will be upgraded with an enhanced Retreat Sundeck, featuring an oversized hot tub and a redesigned Retreat Lounge.
Elsewhere on the ship, other venues, like Café Al Bacio, Cellar Masters, the Casino, Art Gallery, World Class Bar, Martini Bar, Pool Bar, Passport Bar, the Fitness Center, and Camp at Sea, will also see refurbishments.
"Celebrity Cruises is constantly dreaming up ways to innovate and elevate what we deliver for our guests, which is what makes this fleet modernization program so much more than a refresh," said Laura Hodges Bethge, president of Celebrity Cruises. "With Celebrity Reflection, we're evolving the guest experience in meaningful ways – introducing 13 new spaces designed to help guests relax, explore, and connect in ways that feel effortless and unforgettable."
Upon returning from its refurbishment, Celebrity Reflection will retake its year-round Caribbean itineraries from Fort Lauderdale, offering three- and four-night sailings to the Bahamas as well as longer six- to eight-night voyages to the Southern Caribbean.
Additionally, Celebrity Reflection will host the cruise line's 2027 President's Cruise on May 10, which will consist of a four-night trip to Key West and Nassau.
