Through the signing of an agreement, the National Agri-Food Health and Quality Service (SENASA) simplified the procedure for animal transport in Santiago del Estero, with the aim of streamlining producers' procedures, avoiding duplication of paperwork, and strengthening sanitary monitoring.
The signed agreement provides for unifying the Electronic Transit Document (DT-e) issued by SENASA, provincial guides, and registration information linked to the branding and marking system into a single Unique Transit Document (DTU). This will also favor more efficient management of information associated with the supply of the domestic market and circuits oriented towards export.
It should be noted that the technological implementation of the DTU will be carried out through specific agreements and will be subject to the corresponding administrative authorizations and budgetary availabilities.
A second agreement was also signed establishing that the province will be able to access the information registered in AGROTRAZA, corresponding to operations declared in Santiago del Estero territory, thus strengthening the monitoring of the commercial chain and the detection of illegal products circulating in the province.
