The Port Authority of the Balearic Islands (APB) has reopened road access to the Marina promenade in the Port of Eivissa. This measure ends the closure applied during the summer months and will remain in effect throughout the winter season, until the end of March.
In this way, the APB continues the schedule implemented last year, when the opening was already set for early November to respond to the request of the Eivissa City Council. The objective is to facilitate mobility and parking for residents, businesses, and customers in the area, an initiative that has already proven its effectiveness in previous campaigns.
Parking on the Marina promenade will be permitted 24 hours a day, although it maintains a maximum limit of two consecutive hours between 8 AM and 10 PM to ensure vehicle rotation.
Likewise, reserved spaces for loading and unloading goods are maintained, with a schedule from Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, and Saturdays from 8 AM to 2 PM, consistent with the regulations of the rest of the municipality.
This action responds to positive public and commercial reception and reaffirms the framework of institutional collaboration between the APB and the Eivissa City Council to revitalize the port front and improve convenience during months of lower tourist influx.
