Serrallo Air-Raid Shelter Commemorated as a Democratic Memory Space in Tarragona

The Port of Tarragona has installed a commemorative plaque on Callao Street to mark the former Serrallo air-raid shelter, which protected over five hundred people during the Civil War bombings. The event on October 1st was attended by Mayor Rubén Viñuales and Port Authority President Santiago J. Castellà, as part of the Democratic Memory Program promoted by the Tarragona City Council.
