Meyer Turku delivers Royal Caribbean's Legend of the Seas
Meyer Turku delivered Legend of the Seas, the third Icon-class ship, during a ceremony led by Royal Caribbean Group Chairman/CEO Jason Liberty, Royal Caribbean International President/CEO Michael Bayley, and Meyer Turku CEO Casimir Lindholm. The ship is set to debut July 4 on Western Mediterranean cruises from Barcelona and Civitavecchia, with plans to arrive in Florida in November for Caribbean sailings. Legend of the Seas is Royal Caribbean's fourth LNG-powered ship, part of a long-term framework agreement securing shipbuilding capacity through 2036.
