Panama Modernizes Ports with Cooperation Agreement with Antwerp
Panama's Logistics Cabinet held its sixth ordinary session under the direction of President José Raúl Mulino, where the modernization of port infrastructure was defined. The Panama Maritime Authority signed a cooperation agreement with the Port of Antwerp to develop a Port Community System. In addition, progress was presented on the Export Declaration, which will come into operation on August 10, with nearly fifteen hundred people already trained.
