USA: USD 6.4 Million in Narcotics Seized from Oil Tanker in Port of Los Angeles
Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), the U.S. Coast Guard, and other federal agencies seized 226.7 kilograms of cocaine from the oil tanker Aquatravesia in the Port of Los Angeles, with an approximate value of 6.4 million dollars. A narcotics detection dog alerted the team to the presence of contraband during the boarding.
