Gaston Browne Visits Upland Cruise Terminal in Antigua

Antigua Cruise Port welcomed Prime Minister Gaston Browne and Tourism Minister Charles Fernandez for an update on the construction of the Upland project, which is entering its final stages before its scheduled inauguration in autumn 2026. Works began in February 2025, and a 930-square-meter port terminal was inaugurated in January 2026. The project aims to strengthen the destination's capacity to attract cruise ships and generate local economic opportunities.
