Nordic inland shipments face emergency fuel surcharge amid Middle East supply crisis
A temporary emergency fuel and energy surcharge has been implemented on all Store Door shipments across the Nordic region effective July 22nd, 2026, due to fuel supply blockages in the Middle East. Surcharges vary by country: Denmark 9%, Sweden 5%, Norway 0%, Finland 4%, Lithuania 9%, Latvia 9%, and Estonia 15%, applicable to shipments with PCD date from July 29th onwards. Electric truck and rail solutions remain unaffected, with percentages subject to weekly updates.
