Leo Chang named new CEO of Star Clippers cruise line
Leo Chang, a veteran from Lindblad Expeditions with finance and private equity expertise, was appointed CEO of Star Clippers on July 9, 2026. He succeeds Eric Krafft, who transitions to executive chairman. Chang's mission includes elevating guest experience, expanding global reach and continuing to innovate intimate, sustainable voyages while maintaining the company's commitment to wind-driven sailing heritage.
