Andrés Gómez Errázuriz appointed as General Manager of Empormontt

Empormontt has appointed Andrés Gómez Errázuriz as the new general manager, effective August 25, 2026, according to an Essential Fact submitted to the Commission for the Financial Market. The decision was made at the fifth extraordinary board meeting held on July 28, 2026, signed by the chairman Fernando Amenábar Morales. With this appointment, Alejandro González Fuenzalida's role as interim general manager ceases.
