Carnival Cruise Line is bringing its new dinner menu to additional ships over the next few weeks, according to an update shared by Brand Ambassador John Heald.
In a social media post, Heald said that three vessels will introduce the new menu to their dining rooms through early July.
The Carnival Celebration will be the next to debut the new dining room selection, starting on June 7, 2026.
The Carnival Venezia follows suit on June 18, 2026, while the Carnival Dream introduces the new dishes on July 5, 2026.
According to Heald, the new menu is still very much in the test phase, noting that the company is evaluating guests' opinions to consider any changes or additions.
With the additions, 14 vessels in the company's fleet will offer the new dining choices, which debuted onboard the Carnival Magic in January.
Heald added that other ships that already offer the menu include the Mardi Gras, the Carnival Panorama, the Carnival Sunshine, the Carnival Liberty and the Carnival Jubilee.
The Carnival Pride, the Carnival Spirit, the Carnival Conquest, the Carnival Vista and the Carnival Miracle also debuted the menu recently.
Heald noted that guests have been sharing positive feedback on the change, saying that the menu was one of the stars of the show on his annual FFS Cruise, which sailed onboard the Spirit recently.
He highlighted the company's efforts in putting together a comprehensive menu while sticking to a set budget.
"Just my admiration for the culinary team who have a budget per passenger to work with, and if you knew that budget and what they manage to cook up for thousands of people each week, you would be gobsmacked," he stated.
Among the highlights of the new dish selection is Beef Wellington, which is described as "a filet of beef with mushroom pâté wrapped in puff pastry and baked to perfection."
