Cunard has announced its 2027 entertainment program, featuring the return of four Event Voyages onboard the Queen Mary 2 and a new series of Entertainment Residencies across its four-ship fleet.
"Entertainment has always been central to the Cunard experience, and our 2027 program brings together world leading cultural partners in a way that only Cunard can," said Katie McAlister, president of Cunard.
The program, developed in partnership with leading cultural organisations, spans theatre, ballet, classical music and literature, the company said in a press release.
Theatre at Sea, in partnership with the Olivier Awards, returns for its second year following Cunard's appointment as headline partner of the ceremony.
The transatlantic crossing from Oct. 20-27, 2027, will feature exclusive performances, workshops and behind-the-scenes insights tied to the upcoming awards season.
Dance the Atlantic, presented with English National Ballet, runs July 16-23, 2027, and includes performances by international dancers alongside talks and workshops focused on ballet.
Anthony Inglis and the National Symphony Orchestra return for their 18th consecutive year aboard the Queen Mary 2 from Oct. 1-8, 2027.
Guests may attend talks, Q&A sessions and rehearse with a guest choir ahead of a joint performance with the orchestra.
The Literature Festival at Sea, curated by the team behind the Times and Sunday Times Cheltenham Literature Festival, takes place Dec. 2-9, 2027, bringing together authors, journalists and thought leaders for a week of talks and literary events.
Alongside the Event Voyages, Cunard will introduce Entertainment Residencies across the Queen Mary 2, the Queen Anne, the Queen Elizabeth and the Queen Victoria.
Productions include The Truman Capote Talk Show; The Essence of Audrey, a biopic inspired by Audrey Hepburn, who sailed with Cunard; Frozen Love: A Buckingham Nicks Story, charting the early relationship of Stevie Nicks and Lindsey Buckingham; An Afternoon Stroll with Hilaire Belloc; and A Ghost Among the Living.
