Silversea has unveiled its 2028-29 program, offering what the company described as the most extensive collection of Mediterranean expedition voyages.
The collection comprises 278 voyages departing between March 2028 and March 2029, with itineraries available for viewing in a brochure.
They span 497 destinations in 71 countries, with more than 120 new or reintroduced ports of call, with general sales opening on July 9, 2026, according to a statement.
"Our new 2028-2029 Voyage Collection reflects what Silversea does best – taking guests beyond the expected, to destinations and cultural moments that reveal the world in ways they didn't expect," said Bert Hernandez, president, Silversea.
"From Mediterranean Expedition voyages to an enhanced Antarctica Fly Cruise program and the 60-day Grand Mediterranean Voyage aboard Silver Dawn, this collection offers our guests a unique array of destination experiences, delivered in a way that only Silversea can."
Mediterranean Expedition Voyages
Journeys aboard the Silver Wind will visit Milos and Amorgos and Folegandros in the Greek Isles; Algiers and Bejaia in Algeria; Pantelleria off the coast of Sicily and cruise the Guadalquivir River to Sevilla.
The 2028-29 expedition program will also cover the Arctic, Greenland, Antarctica, the British Isles, Polynesia, the Galápagos and other remote regions.
The Silver Endeavour will also introduce a Baltic expedition program, exploring Finland and Sweden.
Antarctica
Silversea will offer 41 Antarctica voyages, including dedicated Christmas and New Year's Eve departures. These will be operated by three ships: the Silver Cloud, Silver Endeavour and Silver Wind.
The fly-cruise voyages start in Patagonia with a stay at The Cormorant at 55 South, followed by a private charter flight directly into Antarctica.
Classic Voyages
The brand's 2028 Classic Voyages are scheduled to coincide with cultural and seasonal moments across key regions, including the Monaco Grand Prix, Japan's matsuri cultural festivals or grape harvest season across Europe's Atlantic coast.
The ships call directly at ports including Sète, Monopoli and Saint-Tropez, with extended stays and overnight calls giving guests more time ashore.
Operating the season will be five ships: the Silver Ray, Silver Nova, Silver Dawn, Silver Spirit and Silver Shadow.
Mediterranean and Northern Europe
The Silver Nova and Silver Ray will lead the brand's Mediterranean and Northern Europe deployments in 2028-29, with the former sailing its first-ever season in Northern Europe.
The voyages will visit Norway's Heritage Fjords, including the ports of Geiranger and Flåm, and there will be Baltic itineraries featuring Sweden and Finland.
The Silver Ray will operate the dedicated Monaco Grand Prix sailing, as well as Eastern Mediterranean itineraries including the Adriatic and Greek Isles.
Grand Mediterranean Voyage 2028
The Silver Dawn will host the Grand Mediterranean Voyage 2028, an autumn sailing visiting more than 40 destinations across Greece, Croatia, Italy, the Adriatic and the Iberian Peninsula.
Ports of call include a combination of famous destinations such as Istanbul, Dubrovnik and Amalfi and hidden gems such as Menton in France, Naxos in the Greek Isles and Roses on the Catalan coast.
Guests will also have access to exclusive events, such as a private evening on Yiasemi Street in Athens and a Papal experience in Rome during an overnight call in October 2028.
The S.A.L.T. (Sea And Land Taste) destination-driven culinary concept will be featured throughout the season, with new experiences launching in Japan and the Caribbean.
Additionally, the brand's land programs will enable guests to experience a three-night stay rooted in Finland's sauna culture and food traditions, while those sailing from Mahé can explore a three-night private island resort stay in the Seychelles.
