Discharge of 105, 156, and 280-ton modules in the Port of Rotterdam

JSI Alliance completed the unloading of project cargo from the HLV Fairplayer vessel in the Port of Rotterdam, including three modules weighing 105 tons, 156 tons, and 280 tons.

The pieces were discharged using two 900-ton capacity cranes, in combination with a specially designed modular lifting frame.

"Designed to accommodate modules of various sizes and lifting configurations, the modular lifting frame remains a versatile solution that continues to prove its worth years later. This operation is a perfect example of why we keep it ready for projects like this," stated JSI Alliance.

The modules were carefully unloaded onto a waiting barge. "We extend a huge thank you to Mammoet and Hebo for the excellent cooperation before, during, and after the unloading operations," the company expressed.
