A delegation from Multiterminais (Port Terminal Management Company) made a strategic visit to the Port of Namibe, Angola, with the aim of identifying and analyzing cooperation and investment opportunities between both institutions.
The delegation was received by the Board of Directors of the Port of Namibe, led by its chairman, Manuel Nazareth Neto, and the agenda began with an institutional meeting between the management teams.
On that occasion, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Multiterminais, José Napoleão, expressed the company's interest in participating in the future concession and management process of the Sacomar Mineral Terminal, highlighting the high strategic value of this infrastructure for strengthening the mining logistics chain, increasing exports, and boosting the national economy.
During the visit, the delegation toured the Sacomar mineral terminal and other infrastructures of the Port of Namibe, where they observed the progress made in the company's modernization process, evidenced by the introduction of state-of-the-art equipment, infrastructure improvements, and the strengthening of operational capacity; factors that contribute to greater efficiency, safety, and competitiveness in port operations.
