Reach Subsea signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Beacon Offshore, establishing a strategic alliance to jointly carry out subsea projects in Australian waters.
Under the agreement, the parties will collaborate exclusively to market, bid for, and execute subsea projects in Australia, combining Reach Subsea's engineering and technology offering with the vessel capabilities provided by Beacon Offshore.
"This agreement consolidates our growing presence in Australia and represents an important step to expand our operations in the region. By combining our engineering and technology capabilities with a high-quality fleet of vessels, we are well-positioned to take advantage of a wider range of opportunities in the subsea, survey, and monitoring sectors," stated Jostein Alendal, CEO of Reach Subsea ASA.
A key element of the partnership is access to two DPII offshore vessels, the GO Explorer and the GO Supporter, which will allow Reach Subsea to expand its operational presence and service offering in the region.
The vessels are already equipped for subsea operations and hold valid Australian Safety Certificates, enabling their immediate deployment in the market.
