Brasília, 22/10/2026 – The National Waterway Transportation Agency (ANTAQ) has extended the deadline for submitting contributions to Public Subsidy Collection SRG nº 03/2026, which addresses container demurrage, until 11:59 PM on November 4.
The initiative seeks to gather contributions, subsidies, and suggestions on the preliminary Regulatory Impact Analysis (RIA) report related to Topic 2.6 of the 2025/2028 Regulatory Agenda, concerning ANTAQ Resolution nº 62/2021.
Users and agents of the waterway sector, as well as other interested parties, can participate in the subsidy collection, which allows for gathering information and suggestions to support the analysis of the topic and the development of the Agency's regulatory proposals.
Contributions must be submitted exclusively through the electronic form of Public Subsidy Collection SRG nº 03/2026, until 11:59 PM on November 4. Submissions sent by other means will not be accepted.
Digital images, such as maps, plans, and photographs, may be sent to the email srg@antaq.gov.br, provided the participant is identified and adheres to the established deadline. The content of the contributions, however, must be obligatorily filled in the specific fields of the electronic form.
Received contributions will be made available on the ANTAQ portal.
