Brasília, 02/02/2026 - Following the schedule planned for the first semester, the 603rd Ordinary Board Meeting (ROD) of the National Waterway Transportation Agency (ANTAQ) will take place on February 5th, Thursday, at 9 AM. This time, the meeting will follow a videoconference model, where each director will express their opinion electronically within the deadlines and times established in the Meeting Calendar.
During the ROD, parties and/or interested parties, on their own behalf or represented by their duly constituted attorneys, will be allowed to orally present their arguments. The Agency emphasizes that such participations must be requested, without fail, by the company's lawyers/representatives.
It is worth remembering that the completion of the form and submission of documents must be done at least 24 business hours (Brasília time) prior to the meeting in which the process is scheduled. Requests made after this deadline will be disregarded.
