The reefer vessel operator Cool Carriers announced the start of the 2026-27 fresh fruit export season in Brazil. The inaugural voyage was carried out by the vessel M/V Baltic Performers.
The service departed from the Port of Petrolina (Brazil) with scheduled calls in Marín (Spain), Dover (United Kingdom), and Rotterdam (Netherlands).
In this regard, the company reported that "in this operation, the vessel is loading melons and mangoes from Petrolina, marking the beginning of a new season for the export of Brazilian fruit to Europe with a specialized and efficient service for refrigerated cargo".
