M/V WORLD VIRTUE discharges 40,000 tons of gypsum in Port of Esmeraldas

The Port of Esmeraldas welcomed the M/V WORLD VIRTUE, a UK-flagged vessel, carrying 40,000 tons of bulk gypsum. The vessel is 200 meters long and operates with a draft of 11.50 meters.

The reception of the vessel was handled by the Port Authority of Esmeraldas, whose technical team supervised the berthing maneuvers. The operation was carried out under conditions aimed at ensuring the safety and efficiency of port activities.

The imported cargo is intended to supply the Ecuadorian industry and will contribute to the movement of goods through the Port of Esmeraldas. The arrival reflects the terminal's capacity to handle solid bulk cargo operations.
