Disney Cruise Line will add new itineraries to its schedule for the 2027-28 season, including a new cruise to Bermuda departing from Fort Lauderdale.
According to the company's recently announced deployment plans, the Disney Fantasy will operate the special sailing.
The eight-night cruise will sail roundtrip from Port Everglades and will also visit both of Disney's private destinations in the Bahamas.
Highlights of the itinerary include an overnight call to King's Wharf, as well as stops at Castaway Cay and Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point.
The sailing is scheduled for March 18, 2028, and is part of Disney Fantasy's maiden season in Fort Lauderdale.
For its first season in South Florida, the vessel will offer a series of four- to seven-night cruises to the Bahamas and the Caribbean from Port Everglades.
The 2012-built ship is scheduled to debut at its new homeport in December 2027 for a season running through April 2028.
Before arriving in Fort Lauderdale, the Disney Fantasy is also scheduled to sail from Port Canaveral and San Juan in late 2027.
Other highlights of Disney's recently announced deployment plans include the debut of the Disney Destiny in Port Canaveral and a return to New York City with the Disney Wish.
After completing its first season in Europe, the 2022-built vessel will offer a series of cruises to Bermuda, Canada and New England from the U.S. Northeast.
In Southeast Asia, the company is also adding Malaysia as a destination for its three- and four-night cruises onboard the Disney Adventure.
Sailing year-round from Singapore, the 208,000-ton vessel will begin visiting Langkawi in December 2026.
The company will also visit new Panamanian ports of call during repositioning voyages onboard the Disney Magic between late 2027 and early 2028.
