Emerald Cruises & Tours is expanding its culinary collection with a series of eight-day sailings in Europe and the Caribbean hosted by chef Rachel Hargrove in late 2026 and 2027.
Guests will explore the story of each destination visited through food as each itinerary has been designed to complement the culinary traditions of the regions, the cruise line shared in a statement.
Rather than sampling local dishes ashore, guests will gain a deeper appreciation for the ingredients, traditions and regional influences that have shaped each destination.
"Food has an incredible ability to connect people with a destination in a deeply personal way," said Ken Muskat, President of Scenic Group USA & LATAM.
"These special departures allow our guests to experience destinations through one of their most authentic expressions, their cuisine. Partnering with Chef Rachel Hargrove adds another layer of exclusivity and creates unforgettable moments that extend far beyond traditional sightseeing."
Known for her appearances on Bravo's Below Deck, Chef Hargrove will curate menus and host live cooking demonstrations and interactive culinary experiences on three eight-day sailings:
Cruising the Leeward Islands (Dec. 13, 2026, Emerald Azzurra) – An intimate island-hopping journey showcasing the Caribbean's seafood, cuisine and relaxed lifestyle.
Sensations of the Seine & Normandy (Oct. 30, 2027, Emerald Lumi) – A river cruise through northern France, pairing destinations with the culinary traditions of Normandy and Paris.
Caribbean Yachting Hideaways (Dec. 4, 2027) – A voyage exploring secluded Caribbean islands, hidden coves and beaches while celebrating the flavors of the region.
