MSC Cruises announced deployment updates for the winter 2027/2028 season, affecting operations in the Western Mediterranean and South Caribbean regions.
MSC World Europa will continue sailing seven-night itineraries in the Western Mediterranean rather than moving to the Middle East as originally planned. The vessel will offer multiple embarkation ports and call at Barcelona, Marseille, Genoa, Civitavecchia, Messina and Valletta.
MSC World Asia will operate seven and 14-night South Caribbean itineraries with embarkation ports in Fort-de-France, Pointe-à-Pitre and Bridgetown. Destinations include Castries, St. George's, Philipsburg, St. John's, Basseterre, Roseau and Kingstown.
Customers booked on MSC World Europa's Middle East sailings for winter 2027/2028 are being contacted directly with options including rebooking on alternative sailings or requesting full refunds.
Passengers booked on MSC World Asia's Mediterranean cruises or MSC Meraviglia's South Caribbean sailings for winter 2027/2028 will have their bookings updated and receive direct contact regarding individual changes.
