The cruise ship Seabourn Ovation achieved a special milestone this week, as it made its first visit to the Port of Fowey, in Cornwall, England.
At the British terminal, the Seabourn vessel received a warm welcome from the local community and Paul Thomas, Harbour Master and CEO of Fowey Harbour.
Located along the picturesque Cornish coast, Fowey offers the kind of authentic destination experiences that make Seabourn itineraries so distinctive. Guests enjoyed the charm of the town, its beautiful scenery, and its warm hospitality during what the ship's captain, David Bathgate, described as "a magnificent Seabourn moment."
"We want to extend a special thank you to the Fowey Harbour team for capturing these stunning aerial images and helping to commemorate this very memorable first visit. We look forward to returning in the future," Seabourn communicated.
The current program for the Seabourn Ovation is a 44-day, one-way journey from the Port of Copenhagen to the Port of New York, an itinerary that began on August 1st and concludes on September 13th.
