(4:22 p.m. EDT) — SeaDream Yacht Club is adding a new yacht to its fleet, with SeaDream III scheduled to debut in 2029.
The company's first newbuild in 25 years will embark on its maiden voyage from Hong Kong on July 10, 2029. Bookings for its inaugural voyages open today.
"SeaDream III represents the next chapter for SeaDream," said Atle Brynestad, founder and owner of SeaDream Yacht Club. "She will carry forward the same DNA as SeaDream I and SeaDream II: personalized service, exceptional cuisine, a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, and the genuine feeling of being on your own yacht. With SeaDream III, the whole world becomes our destination."
Measuring 151 meters, or 495 feet, SeaDream III will accommodate up to 200 guests, with a larger selection of suites and staterooms.
The design will focus on open-air living, featuring large upper decks, a pool deck and indoor and al fresco spaces for dining, gathering and relaxing.
SeaDream III will also include expanded spa, fitness and wellness offerings.
"SeaDream has never been about size for its own sake," added Brynestad. "Our focus is creating fantastic days and unforgettable experiences for every guest. SeaDream III gives us the opportunity to bring that experience to more places around the world."
During the first 24 months, SeaDream III will sail across six continents, visiting 73 countries and 364 ports.
In 2030, sailings will visit destinations across Asia to India, the Arabian Peninsula, the Mediterranean and Northern Europe, as well as Greenland, Canada and the Great Lakes. Later sailings will feature the U.S. East Coast, Caribbean, Central America, Colombia and Panama.
SeaDream III will also offer a 180-night World Voyage to London, departing from West Palm Beach on January 5, 2031.
