Seabourn Introduces Regionally Inspired Culinary Program Aboard Seabourn Encore for Inaugural Alaska Season

Seabourn unveiled a regionally inspired culinary program for Seabourn Encore's inaugural Alaska season starting May 2026. The program features destination-driven dining experiences across The Restaurant and The Colonnade, including Surf & Sear Sailaway, Alaskan Seafood Boil, and Midnight Sun Dinner with artwork by Alaskan Native artist Crystal Worl. Five specialty cocktails and curated deck moments complement the culinary offerings as the ship operates seven- to 14-day voyages between Vancouver and Juneau through September 2026.
