Notice for USD Bank Account Change

We are pleased to share important updates about our banking arrangements for our Maersk Italia S.p.a. business unit.

As part of our ongoing efforts to streamline our banking operations and improve customer experience, we are introducing a new USD bank account with Citibank. This change is intended to support more efficient payment processing and minimise potential delays in the delivery of services.

Our business Entity, Maersk Italia S.p.a. has opened a new bank account with our esteemed banking partner, Citibank with the following details:

Please note:

• The new bank details shall be appearing on all invoices from 24, August 2026.
• Please update your records and use the new bank accounts for payments starting 24, August 2026.
• The previous USD bank account for the same legal entity will be closed by November 2026.
