Terminal Puerto Arica (TPA) inaugurated its new office in Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia, consolidating its presence in one of the main strategic markets for the port facility.
The inauguration ceremony brought together more than 80 attendees, including importing clients, exporters, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and representatives of chambers of commerce, who participated in this important meeting that reaffirms the strategic relationship between TPA and Bolivia. Representatives from TPA's management, commercial team, and unions participated from Arica, reflecting the company's cross-cutting commitment to this new institutional milestone.
The new office is located in the Manzana 40 Business Building, Tower 1, office 1306, and will strengthen customer service and proximity to clients and foreign trade stakeholders, providing more direct and permanent assistance from Bolivian territory. TPA's commercial representation in Bolivia will be led by executives Eloisa Mendoza and José Marco Gutiérrez, whose mission will be to support and strengthen the link with clients in the country.
The General Manager of TPA, Camilo Jobet, highlighted that "this is a very relevant milestone for Terminal Puerto Arica, because it reflects our commitment to continue strengthening the relationship and proximity with our clients. The opening of this office in Santa Cruz will allow us to have a more direct presence in one of Bolivia's main logistical and commercial hubs, better accompanying their needs and challenges."
With this inauguration, TPA assured that they continue to advance in their regional connection strategy, improving commercial relations and generating new opportunities for logistical development between Chile and Bolivia.
