UCC Iberia expands reefer routes from Latin America to Algeciras

Its operation integrates refrigerated maritime transport, land connections, and cargo tracking from origin to destination. Reefer container management allows for handling perishable products and coordinating documentary processes, maritime bookings, and deliveries.

Costa Rica and Peru are among the main origins of refrigerated cargo moved through Algeciras, with products such as pineapple, avocado, and banana. The connection with Latin America reinforces the Spanish port's role as a logistics link for the distribution of fresh products to Europe.
