The cruise line Margaritaville at Sea has decided to bring its new ship to Texas, with the Beachcomber setting sail from the Port of Galveston starting in October 2027, offering four-to-seven-night getaways with the most diverse and extensive range of itineraries in the region.
From quick getaways to longer Caribbean adventures, Beachcomber will take passengers from Galveston further and offer more destinations to explore than any other cruise line sailing from this port. Its plans will include Aruba, Key West, Curaçao, Grand Cayman, Montego Bay, Belize, Progreso, Roatán, Cozumel, Grand Bahama Island, and Bimini, as well as Veracruz, Mexico, a novel and distinctive addition to Galveston's cruise market.
