A 7.9% increase in agricultural bulk cargo movement was registered in the port of Manzanillo between January and August of the current year.
According to statistics from the National Port System Administration Manzanillo (ASIPONA), during this period, 1,302,047 tons of this type of cargo were mobilized, a figure higher than the 1,206,559 tons registered in the same period of 2025.
Among the main products that make up the agricultural bulk cargo movement are canola seeds and oats, as well as barley, goods that are part of the commercial activity carried out through the port of Manzanillo.
This growth adds to the positive performance of commercial cargo mobilized by the port, which from January to August reached 21,099,316 tons, representing a 6.2% increase compared to the same period in 2025.
With efficient operations and agile processes, the port of Manzanillo remains an important entry and exit point for goods, strengthening its role within the country's logistics and commercial activity.
